We are thrilled to be recruiting for a new client who is seeking a Document Administrator to join their fully remote team immediately on a temporary basis, there is scope for this role to be permanent for the right person, however the business is needing to find someone to move into this role quickly.

What you’ll do.
Provide admin support to the customer success manager by providing:
Document Preparation and distribution
Staying up to date on FCA regulations and guidelines relevant to insurance document admin
Ensuring all documents sent to clients comply with FCA regulations and internal policies
Be a point of contact for clients regarding documents and cancellations
Assist with quality checks and verifying information.
Recordkeeping and reporting, and assist with board meeting notes and reports.
Experience you need
