This opportunity is a well known housing contractor looking for a Divisional Manager to help deliver exceptional services and maintaining strong client relationships.
Description
Lead a high-performing operational team and ensure the successful delivery of maintenance programmes across your division.
Full P&L responsibility across a portfolio of maintenance contracts
Leading large, multi-disciplinary teams (operations, commercial, and delivery)
Overseeing delivery of Responsive repairs, Voids, Planned maintenance programmes (e.g. kitchens, bathrooms, decarbonisation), Compliance (gas, electrical, fire safety)
Driving performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations
Developing strong client relationships with Housing Associations and Local Authorities
Identifying and implementing service improvements and efficiencies
Ensuring best-in-class health & safety and regulatory compliance
Supporting bid activity, mobilisation, and strategic growth
