£50,000 - £60,000 + Performance Bonus + Company Car + Excellent Company Benefits
Birmingham, commutable from (Tamworth, Coventry, Nuneaton, North Birmingham, East Birmingham)
Do you have Management / Supervisory experience, ideally within a HVAC / Electrical / Plumbing environment, looking for a highly autonomous role where you manage and grow your own branch within a renowned market leader?
On offer is a chance to join a well-established company, where you will liaise directly with the Directorship team, and be responsible for driving growth within the business. You will have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the branch to ensure it achieves its ambitious objectives.
This company are a leading manufacturer in their market and are going from strength to strength. With a huge growth trajectory they are looking to add a Branch Manager to increase performance levels and reach the branches potential.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the distribution branch, including sales, operations and customer service. You will be expected to provide leadership and guidance to branch staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.
This role would suit someone with leadership experience from a HVAC/electrical wholesale industry, who is looking to join a market leading company and take responsibility for driving high level performance.
