Pulse Roll Label Products Ltd is excited to invite you to join our esteemed Warehouse Team as a Dispatch Supervisor. In this vital role, you will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of quality, accuracy, and health & safety (H&S), while demonstrating strong supervisory capabilities to motivate and lead your team to success.
Key Responsibilities as a Dispatch Supervisor:
Responsibility to organise and oversee the day to day picking requirements to meet the plan of demand from customers
Delegate tasks as appropriate to the team
Maintain a clean, safe environment adhering to H & S practices
Communicate and motivate your team
Collaborate very closely with production team leaders/managers to understand delivery times of goods into your department
Communicate clearly with the internal sales support team understanding demand from customers
Carry out regular cycle counting of stock to maintain stock accuracy and location
Train and mentor existing and new staff
Hold regular 1 to 1's with your team giving constructive feedback, setting of targets, aligning company direction and improve performance
Recognise continuous improvements in your area and strive to 'make things simple' in the picking process
Liaising with logistics and internal sales on the collection of orders
Packing and dispatching goods accurately
Key Skills you will have:
Strong organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to motivate others
Previous experience leading others in a similar role of at least 2 years
Positive can-do attitude
Knowledge of picking processes and dispatch of goods
Knowledge of SAP (advantageous)
