Prestige Recruitment Specialists are currently recruiting Dispatch Operatives on behalf of Cranswick Country Foods in Preston.

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join a busy dispatch operation. You will play an important role in ensuring finished products are picked, checked and prepared accurately and efficiently for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and preparing orders ready for dispatch

Checking products and orders to ensure accuracy

Moving finished products safely within the dispatch area

Loading and unloading products where required

Ensuring products are correctly labelled and prepared for distribution

Completing relevant checks, paperwork and documentation

Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment

Following all food hygiene, food safety and Health & Safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within dispatch, warehousing, food production or order picking would be beneficial, although it is not essential for all positions as training will be provided.

Successful candidates should be:

Reliable and punctual

Hardworking and self-motivated

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Able to work effectively as part of a team

Comfortable working in chilled conditions

Flexible and able to work the required shift pattern

What We Offer

£14.17 per hour on days

£15.17 per hour on nights

4 On / 4 Off shift pattern
