Dispatch Operative (Management Progression)
£28,000 - £32,000 + Further Training + Management Progression + 31 Days Holiday
Workshop based, Commutable from Bitton, Pucklechurch, Saltford, South Bristol, Keynsham, Emersons green, Kingswood and surrounding areas
Are you from a Dispatch, Good Out, or Warehouse Dispatch background and highly organised looking for the opportunity to join a rapidly growing chemical distributor, as they gear up for another exciting period of expansion creating a rare and exciting opportunity for you to progress in your career and step into management?

This role will suit someone from a Warehouse or Dispatch background, looking to step up in their career into management, all whilst working as part of a close knit team.
The Company
• Established for over 2 decades
• Very Low staff retention, with progress routes coming up due to upcoming retirement
• Circa 50 Employees with a direct team of 3
The Opportunity:
• Overseeing Dispatch, Stores and general compliance across the team
• Working closely with 3 others in the team with the view to progress into team leader
• Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm
About You:
• Background within Dispatch, Goods out, or Warehousing ideally with a Forklift License
• Looking to step into management or team leadership
