Dispatch Operative

Description:

To support the Warehouse Team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities of a Dispatch Operative

* Checking of orders

* Dispatch of orders

* Maintaining tracking logs

* Dealing with shipment queries

* Dealing with delivery returns

* Arranging weekly client ‘send outs’.

* Sending tracking to relevant admin and accounts personnel.

* Completion of returns spreadsheet.

* Arranging monthly client ‘send outs’.

* Arranging postal wage slips for selected staff members.

* Updating DHL with new stock items and HS codes for new products.

* Processing orders for selected portal clients.

* Support team with annual stock counts.

Key Competencies of a Dispatch Operative

* The ideal candidate will be a good fit for the existing warehouse team.

* No previous qualifications necessary as full training will be provided, however, a sound knowledge of Outlook and Excel, along with great verbal and written communication skills is a must.
