Job Description:
They are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Property Management to join the elite team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the management of a high-end property portfolio, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction for international clients. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in property management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the management of a diverse portfolio of high-end commercial properties, ensuring they meet the highest standards of maintenance, security, and service.
Develop and implement property management strategies that align with clients' investment goals and lifestyle requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of property managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to deliver exceptional property management services.
Monitor property performance and financial metrics, preparing detailed reports for clients and senior management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant property regulations and laws, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management.
Proven track record of managing properties for high-net-worth individuals, preferably with an international client base.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Knowledge of international property regulations and market trends is highly desirable.
