The company seeks a distinguished PhD scientist with a strategic mindset and extensive background in discovery and development of immunotherapeutic based on antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) and/or engineered antibodies, including multi-specific antibodies. As Research Director, you will collaborate closely with the CEO and senior management team to develop and implement a visionary strategy that will help shape the future of cancer treatment.

Your role will not only involve steering the company's scientific direction but also nurturing a small but dynamic team of researchers as you translate complex scientific concepts into groundbreaking therapeutics. Your understanding of drug development will enable you to

Key requirements
To excel in this role, you will need:

• A PhD in a relevant field, with a strong focus on immunotherapeutics
• Experience in novel therapeutic discovery based on engineered antibodies
• A track record in ADC research and development
• A proven ability to flourish within a small biotech/start-up environment
• A broad understanding of the drug development process
• Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively as a part of a senior
