We are searching for someone to embrace an all-encompassing approach managing the client through its next natural step of groth. This leader will be supported by the US based corporate office and the other company individual company leaders. We are looking for someone who can come in and see what we “CAN BE” rather than what we are today and drive that evolution. As part of that you will be given the autonomy to drive forward your ideas whilst keeping to the company ethos and working with integrity.
The Director of Operations will be responsible for managing the overall oeprations from a D into C suite level with responsibilitiesincluding but not limited to:-
Define personnel needs within the business and participate in the recruiting and hiring process of those roles.
Manage the P&L to ensure we are on budget and profitable.
Ensure Staff Welfare, providing a safe and stable working environment.
Drive the go to market strategy: B2B, B2C and OEM
Participate in Marketing Strategy
Define and drive forward the sales strategy both in the UK and abroad.
Lean into and ensure team understands and lives Wing Group “KEYS.”
Define the expect first time right and world class quality.
Be vigilant in our accounting processes to ensure adequate and predictable cash flow.
Reporting to Managing Director or CEO President.
Participate with the other Group business leaders to influence te overall strategy on a 'local' and Worldwide level.
