Role – Director of Landscape
Location – Merseyside
Salary – £DOE
Our client is an award-winning multi-disciplinary design practice with an established reputation for the delivery of high-quality solutions. They have offices in Liverpool, London, Bedford, Sheffield and 5 other locations and now looking to expand the Landscape discipline out of their Liverpool office. The role would suit someone who is already working as Landscape Director, or someone maybe at AD grade, or even Associates/Principals who are looking to step up into Senior Management.
You would be responsible for leading and developing their landscape division to support their rapidly increasing workload. This is a real opportunity for someone looking for solid career advancement within a collaborative and friendly practice offering the full spectrum of landscape architectural services on a diverse range of projects across the whole of the UK, with a particular focus on pre-planning assessments.

KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
* Proven individual design ability with architectural and masterplanning experience Conservation experience also an advantage
* Particular strengths in business development and client management with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Self-motivated and highly organised with the ability to manage a team, control costs and achieve deadlines.
* Enthusiasm for working within a collaborative, office-based, multi-disciplinary team environment
* Technical proficiency in all major design software applications
* A full driving licence and the ability to travel when necessary
