I'm currently working with a Housing Association based in Sussex who are looking for an Interim Director of Asset and Property to join the organisation.
The purpose of the job is to be accountable for the delivery and management of the Housing Associations Assets and Facilities Management.
They are looking for someone to do a full review of the service and assist with change, restructuring and transformation.
You will be contributing to the Senior Leadership Team’s strategic and operational deliberations to implement the Association’s Business Plan and to sustain and grow the business.
This is an initial 6-month contract with the potential for extension.
Your day rate will be £(Apply online only) a day.
