Digital Technology Manager
Location: Staffordshire Office

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

What is the role?
As a Digital Technology Manager, you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the landscape of the gas sector while advancing your own professional journey. This brand-new department is at the forefront of driving change in the operational technology space.
Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the Digital Technology Division (DTD).
* Manage and provide guidance to the DTD Engineers and Digital Technology Officer.
* Coordinate R&D activities aligned with the division’s key market areas: OT Cyber Security, Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Big Data Analytics.
* Champion the implementation and continuous improvement of the Cyber Security Management System.
Project Management:
* Lead and manage digital technology projects from inception to completion.
* Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Allocate resources effectively and ensure project milestones are met.
Bid Management:
* Identify and evaluate bid opportunities relevant to the Digital Technology Division.
* Lead the preparation and submission of bids and proposals.
* Manage the bid lifecycle, including post-submission follow-ups and negotiations.
Customer Engagement:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Develop and contribute to user-centric strategies for digital product enhancement.
* Gather and analyse customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a leadership role within a technology division or similar environment.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
* Excellent market research and analytical skills.
* Strong customer engagement and relationship management abilities.
