Job Title: Digital Strategy Lead (6-Month Contract)
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in London, Manchester, or Bristol)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Strategy Lead to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of government digital and data initiatives. You will lead the development of the next cross-government digital and data strategy, working closely with senior leaders across government to set a compelling vision for the future of digital government.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the next cross-government digital and data strategy, collaborating with senior leaders to set a compelling vision and implementation plan.
Deliver and communicate the existing Digital and Data Strategy 2022-25, ensuring alignment and coherence across all components.
Contribute to discussions with senior officials and Ministers, creating and delivering high-quality strategic content.
Shape and influence direction across government, working with senior leadership to address challenges effectively.
Represent the organization in meetings across government and with external stakeholders, managing strong relationships to secure delivery of strategic priorities.
Craft a portfolio of strategy submissions and briefings for senior governance meetings and departmental commissions.Requirements:
Experience in strategic work, demonstrating the ability to think strategically and provide clarity amid uncertainty, preferably within government or similar large organisations, with a focus on digital and data strategy.
Proficiency in translating complex qualitative and quantitative information into clear written and oral communications, including briefings and presentations for senior leadership.
Strong delivery quality, flexibility, and effectiveness in fast-paced, political environments, with the capacity to plan and execute projects individually or collaboratively, while enabling senior leadership input.
Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, including the ability to engage and influence senior leaders and external influencers to develop, implement, and communicate strategic projects effectively.How to Apply:
