Description:

We are looking for fully remote Digital Project Manager / Digital Producer for a West Midlands based digital agency. To provide direction & leadership across the full development lifecycle.

I am keen to speak to candidates with demonstrable experience of working with-in a digital agency environment.

The ideal candidate will already be an experienced project manager / digital producer with experience of highly technical builds.

The Role:

You are expected to manage multiple projects through their full lifecycle and work with other team members to ensure client requirements are met. You should deliver projects effectively both on time and to budget. You will play a key part in the overall success and smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Client Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients -
Working with clients to monitor project progress, escalating risks when they arise.
Management of projects from design through to delivery:
Interpretation and translation of client briefs into clearly defined deliverables, functional/creative briefs and project plans.
Setting and managing a project plan including timelines, milestones and dependencies.
Managing the necessary resources required for delivery of the projects, ensuring you are liaising with the production manager.
Diligently control changes to the project and the associated time/cost impact.
Identifying risks throughout the project lifecycle and working proactively to resolve these.
Undertake thorough testing of projects to ensure the deliverables are of a high standard and meet the requirements.
Financial management of projects:
Defining scope, costs & timings of projects to enable the creation of accurate
quotations for clients.
Tracking and reconciling time spent on an ongoing basis to ensure projects stay
within budget. About you:

You will be able to take direction from directors, collaborate with developers, and designers and confidently manage both large and small projects.
Ability to find the balance between solving a problem for a client and seeking support from the team.
Desire to drive improvements and introduce new ideas, technologies and ways of working.
Experience or knowledge of web technologies.
Experience of using ticketing and/or issue management applications to manage
development projects e.g., JIRA, GitLab. This role would suit a Project Manager for a Digital Agency background - ideally with a technical background
