As well as your project team, you will have chance to coach and mentor other members of our project community. You'll help us encourage collaboration and shared ownership throughout the team, and grow capability in our thriving community of practice.

What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

Can demonstrate they have taken full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation, and satisfactory completion of several different digital projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines).
Can demonstrate effective project controls to demonstrate the health of the projects they are responsible for and react accordingly to the information gathered.
Experience of building and managing effective stakeholder relationships to shape the outcomes of a project, considering different individual needs, views, and ideas.
Experience of building team dynamics and identifying ways to improve the way the team is working.
Communicate in a straightforward, honest, and engaging manner, choosing appropriate styles and tools to maximise and check understanding and impact.
