Diamond Search Recruitment are delighted to be representing our client, an exciting and fast paced agency, who are recruiting for a Digital PR Manager. Join a highly successful company and help lead the creative offering to the next level. The role is a permanent opportunity, with offices based in Folkestone, Kent. Hybrid working is available with a requirement of working 3 days a week onsite.

The role - You should be an experienced Digital PR Manager who can lead the PR efforts across various digital channels. As a Digital PR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital PR strategies that enhance their clients' visibility and reputation online. You will work closely with the rest of the team on aligning with organic social media and content activity, as well as working with our SEO, Paid and Account Management teams to create cohesive campaigns that deliver measurable results.

The Digital PR Manager will be required to do the following:

Be confident in building new relationships with relevant media outlets/press network

*

Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets

*

Create and distribute compelling press releases, articles, and other PR materials

*

Monitor and analyse media coverage and PR campaign performance

*

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital PR and online reputation management

*

Train the wider team on PR best practices, techniques, innovations etc

*

Support on the creation of sales collateral and attend pitches, where applicable, for PR-related sales

*

Liaise with clients on PR activity, including explaining ideas, evaluating activity, and responding to queries

*

Comfortable with full campaign output - from planning (campaign ideation, sign off, planning, media list sourcing, press release prep, etc) to execution (media outreach and management, reporting, client comms, etc)

*

Be an effective copywriter and experienced press release writer

*

Commercial awareness, comfortable pitching to clients/supporting on sales documentation

*

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

*

Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for explaining complex concepts clearly and effectively

The successful Digital PR Manager should ideally be able to demonstrate the following:

*

Proven experience as a Digital PR Manager or in a similar role

*

Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media

*

Demonstrated ability to build relationships with media and influencers

*

Experience in creating and executing successful PR campaigns

*

Proficiency in using PR and media monitoring tools

*

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights

*

The Digital PR Manager will be rewarded with a salary of £30-37,000, pro-rata, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
