A growing IT business based in Pontefract is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to take a lead in the provision of digital marketing services and support the company's diversification strategy.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building relationships with clients, managing their PPC campaigns and social media accounts.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong experience managing PPC campaigns, social media management and on-page SEO. You will be adept in communicating with clients and proactively addressing their needs. The ability to work independently and take initiative is crucial for this role.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads
Create, manage, and optimise social media campaigns
Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify trends
Monitor and analyse campaign performance data
Perform regular SEO audits
Develop and implement link-building strategies
Generate monthly performance reports for clients
Develop relationships with and communicate effectively with clients
Providing client with updates, addressing concerns, and presenting new ideas
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and comprehensive marketing strategiesWHAT YOU'LL NEED

Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, particularly Google Ads.
Demonstrated expertise in social media marketing and management
Strong understanding of SEO principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
Proficient in using digital marketing tools; Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and social media management platforms
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
