Duration: Initially until 29/11/2024
Location: Remote
Rate: Up to £50 per hour via an approved umbrella company

What You'll Do

The Regional DMM is the senior digital expert for the field. They will focus on guiding and enabling highly-targeted 1:1 and 1:few digital plans in region to drive demand with key accounts and deals.

This role is part of the new Global DMM team. This group are the enablers of digital experience-driven performance. They work with digital vehicle leads to pull together comprehensive digital strategy per campaign to drive demand. They also support field teams on targeted plans within the campaign model, enabling them through the Global Digital vehicle owners and processes to deliver impactful demand generating experiences.

Core outcomes for this role include planning and enabling digital elements of "T1&2" ABX demand and 'Top Deal acceleration' plans in region through 1:1 and 1:few experiences. These outcomes focus on performance based KPIs such as target account engagement, Marketing Sourced Pipeline, lifecycle marketing engaged pipeline, as well as shared accountability of Theatre demand goals.

Key responsibilities:

Plans and supports theatre teams on ABX plans, enabling them through the Global Digital vehicle owners and processes to deliver impactful demand generating experiences.
Shares vehicle best practices and coordinates theatre plans
Supports on regular performance data from the region on these activities
Shares feedback and priorities from the regional teams with Regional Paid Media lead for activation through in-house teams on ABX
Management of regional digital capacity
POC to Regional MLT for Global Digital
Digital expert for the field
Support and represent the field on broader global digital initiativesCore Competencies:

Digital Marketing Experience: the ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of marketing channels and targeting strategies, especially in the ABX space.
Strategic Thinking: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals and lead cross-functional virtual teams.
Customer Focus: Understand the target audience and help the customer accelerate their buying journey via digital channels.
Performance-Led: Demonstrable experience leading impactful web, paid, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Analytical: Solid knowledge of website analytics tools and strong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingReporting into the DMM Region team lead, this role is an integral part of the DMM team and requires an experienced digital strategist with excellent people, communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively in a highly matrixed, complex environment.
