An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the award-winning property developer. My client is continuing to expand and are looking for someone who understands the importance of both building a brand online and delivering sales leads.
Someone who cares passionately about the brand’s presentation and determination to create a market-leading digital presence. An understanding and knowledge of effective website performance, CRO, SEO, digital advertising, social media, content creation and delivery is essential to this role. Experience of Rightmove, Google Analytics and working with a sales CRM such as Hubspot would be a distinct advantage. The role would suit a Digital Marketing Executive/Co-ordinator with 5 years+ experience in the new homes industry, or a Digital Marketing Manager with extensive experience gained from other industries.
Responsibilities Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to take the lead in digital marketing strategy. To build, deliver and refine the agreed strategy, managing key internal and external relationships. Create and manage all digital content – both inhouse and through agencies. Great time management and attention to detail are essential to this role. Overall responsibility for performance of website, PPC/Google Ads, Google My Business, eCRM, and social media platforms.
This is a full time role Monday-Friday and use of a car is essential given the nature of the work. The Head Office is based in Bury St Edmunds. An element of flexible working well be considered for applicants.
