Optimum Recruitment Group are proud to be working exclusively with a well-established and successful business based in the Wakefield area, who are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to the team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, we are looking for a hands on and experienced digital specialist, who is switched on, collaborative and understands what grabs attention online. This is a genuine opportunity to make your mark, working with and supporting some amazing brands.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering all digital marketing activities that support brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue across brands. The role focuses on planning and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, paid media, SEO, and content, ensuring all activity aligns with the wider marketing objectives and delivers measurable results. You will also manage and develop a digital marketing exec.

You’ll play a big part in growing the brands in the UK, increasing engagement and helping drive sales through exciting, high performing marketing campaigns.

• Experience in blogging and content creation.

• Experience in GoogleAds strategy planning, executing and managing campaigns.

• Experience in social media management – Instagram and TikTok etc.

• Experience of influencer, USG and partnership strategies.

• Have the ability to extract data from the campaigns, present it for review and then build from the results.
