Type: Full-time, Permanent position

Salary: From £38k dependant on experience

Location: Stockbridge, Hybrid can be considered

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

What you'll be doing:

Execute campaigns using Google Ads, including optimising ad campaigns and paid search landing pages, analysing performance to increase ROI, and developing strategies to increase visibility.
Implement email campaigns, enhance engagement and re-targeting marketing activities using various features and functionalities within the platform.
Execute paid social campaigns on existing platforms, managing campaigns, budget allocations, data analysis, and copywriting.
Support marketing strategy development, including online and offline channels, marketing budgets, and objectives.
Conduct performance analysis of digital sales and marketing efforts, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilising business intelligence and digital analytics tools.
Manage relationships with freelancers and third parties supporting online and offline marketing activities.
Support activities related to product management, sales trends, cross-functional collaboration, user experience, and market research.

What you'll need:

Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing automation, paid media, and campaign management.
Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
Strong organisational skills, ability to manage projects, and meet deadlines.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with creative initiative and the ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
