The Company:

Ada Digital is a digital marketing agency based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, the agency is a small and growing team, founded in 2019 by Tom Murrell. The agency has rapidly grown and gained recognition, including being ranked among the top 100 SMEs in the UK by Elite Business in 2024. Tom Murrell, who has extensive experience in digital marketing, launched Ada Digital to provide specialised services in web design, SEO, PPC advertising, content strategy, conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and paid social advertising.

Main Duties

Developing, implementing and managing digital marketing strategies for a range of clients, focusing on SEO, Content Strategy, CRO and Paid Social Media Advertising.

Conducting market research and analysing trends and performance to identify new opportunities to improve campaign performance, utilising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush etc.

Conducting keyword research (KWR) and competitor research to optimise digital content and develop content marketing strategies.

Creating content briefs for external copywriters and uploading content and or articles across client websites.

Managing content strategies and ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices.

Support in the design and content creation for web builds, utilising a variety of CMS platforms, E.g., Wix Studio, Shopify and Wordpress.

Developing paid social media advertising strategies and campaigns across multiple platforms for a variety of clients, supporting across content and design.

Managing the Ada Digital brand presence across articles, social media and website optimisation.

Ensuring Ada Digital Marketing brand consistency and alignment with the company's digital marketing objectives.

Managing the Ada Digital social media content calendar, including creative development, content creation and scheduling.

Monitoring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns to support the development of monthly reporting packs.

Generating insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimise future campaigns.

Requirements

Proven track record as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.

Experience or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.

Creative thinking with an ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
