Digital Learning Project Manager
£35,000 - £40,000 Basic Salary Hybrid/Yorkshire
An exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team and company who produce high quality and engaging e-learning for a diverse range of clients across various subject matter. You will oversee the lifecycle of learning content creation, ensuring projects adhere to established timelines, maintain quality standards, and remain within budget as well as collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer requirements and identify innovative solutions that align with these requirements
* Analyse needs and determine appropriate learning design strategies
* Identify the necessary content development skillsets for each project and assemble a team tailored to project needs
* Engage with stakeholders and ensure clear communication and understanding at every stage of the project
* Take ownership of project success and drive teams towards achieving project goals
* Ensure the project is delivered on time and to a high standard
* Manage and monitor project budgets
Skills
* Commercial acumen; adept in understanding the business objectives and drives of projects
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders
* Great leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Proactive in managing challenges and finding creative solutions
Education
* Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall) are an advantage but are not essential
Experience
* A minimum of 3-years’ experience with a Project Manager role or similar within the eLearning industry
* Experience managing bespoke digital learning and/or multimedia production projects
