They are now venturing into the realm of manufacturing their own chips, transitioning into a fabless semiconductor company. Currently, they boast a skilled silicon engineering team of 10 and are actively seeking to expand by adding 2 more IC Development Engineers to their ranks.
 
The Role:
 
This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including the development of Verilog RTL for custom ICs, FPGA engineering for validation and test purposes, and silicon evaluation. It’s an ideal fit for someone who thrives on engaging with various facets of IC design, utilizing a wide array of programming and development skills.
 
Essential Skills for IC Development Engineer:

3+ years of experience in IC design and verification
Degree in electronic engineering or a related field
Proficiency in FPGA development tools
Expertise in Verilog 
Also Valuable:

Python
Xilinx FPGA development tools
Interface technologies (I2C, SPI, USB, AMBA, etc.)
System Verilog
Unit test frameworks
Build scripting
Jenkins CI/CD automation
Embedded firmware and CPU architecture
Bench debug and test skills
Mixed signal circuitry
