I am looking for capable, inquisitive IC Development engineers, Graduate to experienced, to join a growing team of world-class engineers. You will be actively involved in developing cutting-edge technology solutions, for flagship products developed by some of the worlds most recognised consumer brands.

You will work with a mixed discipline team comprising skilled electronics, software, firmware, mechanical and control engineers, and physicists / mathematicians to enhance and assess the performance of systems and will interface with some of the biggest names in Engineering to understand their requirements and deliver the assistance they need to use the company products.

Main responsibilities -

* Design and develop digital designs for custom IC integration – writing and refining Verilog models for simulation and synthesis, creating System Verilog test benches and writing automated build scripts for FPGA simulation, synthesis and bench testing.

* FPGA design enabling the development of embedded firmware during the early phases of a silicon development project.

* Help validate new silicon designs – engineering effort is needed to write a suite of validation tests that can be used to check the correct operation of custom silicon both in terms of electrical performance and functionality.

You will need –

* Degree in computer science / electronic engineering or equivalent

* Previous experience in the world of FPGA / ASIC / IC design and verification

* Experience in the use of Xilinx FPGA development tools

* Good knowledge of industry-standard interface technology (I2C, SPI, USB, AMBA etc)

* Strong Verilog, SystemVerilog and Python language skills

It would be nice if you have –

* Experience with unit test frameworks, build scripting, Jenkins CI/CD automation

* An appreciation of real time embedded firmware and CPU architecture

* Some electronics design experience is desirable along with general bench debug and test skills

* A working knowledge of mixed signal circuitry
