Location –  Sheffield. South Yorkshire 

Salary –  Market aligned salary

As a Digital Specialist working for Porsche, you will ensure that all Used and New Car vehicles available for sale are advertised digitally to a high professional standard, ensuring that we have leading digital representation within our industry.  

As a digital genius your day to day will include: 

Creating high engagement on social channels (e.g. engaging posts, quizzes/ competitions), acknowledging comments and responses promptly to develop connections with potential Centre visitors.
Distributing marketing content across all customer touch points with aligned content, tailored to individual target groups. 
Monitoring and responding to customer comments, reviews and posts on social media where appropriate in a timely, professional and brand adequate manner.
Acting as an online concierge, ensuring online customers are assisted and directed to the appropriate place or person.
Aligning social content to support sales/ after sales needs by raising awareness – balancing both engagement and business requirements.

What we're looking for in a digital genius: 

Previous experience of working within a Marketing and Digital Marketing capacity would be advantageous.
A customer centric approach: always striving to deliver service above customer expectations, and the ability to create and develop a culture of continuous improvement.
Ability to work to targets, deadlines and under pressure, with a determined and goal-oriented approach.
Able to work independently, with a confident yet personable manner.   
UK driving license free from excessive penalties.
