Description:
We are working with an award winning digital agency in Cheltenham who are seeking an experience Digital Delivery Manager to join their growing team. This is a newly created role to ensure successful delivery of multiple workstreams with their varied client base.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects from inception to completion.
Client Relationship: Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for project updates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Agile/Scrum: Implement and advocate for Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimise project delivery and team collaboration.
Team Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and marketers, to ensure seamless project execution.
Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track and within scope.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, timelines, and deliverables to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation in project delivery. What Experience do you need?
Proven experience as a Digital Delivery Manager or in a similar role within a digital agency.
Strong background in managing customer relationships and delivering exceptional client service.
In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Familiarity with digital project management tools and software. What will you get?
Basic salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience
