Digital Customer Success Executive

We're proud to be working on behalf of an ambitious business that is looking for a Digital Customer Success Executive to join its growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, technology and data. You'll manage your own portfolio of automotive customers, helping them get the most from their digital products and using data to identify opportunities to improve performance and engagement.

What you'll be doing

Building strong relationships with automotive customers.
Supporting customers through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Delivering online demonstrations, training and best-practice sessions.
Reviewing performance data and turning insights into practical recommendations.
Identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and results.
Resolving customer queries and coordinating issues internally.
Working closely with Sales and Account Management teams.About you

You don't necessarily need previous Customer Success experience. You could come from automotive, account management, customer service, digital, SaaS or a commercially focused support role. You will be:

Naturally confident building customer relationships.
Comfortable learning and demonstrating technology.
Interested in data and commercially aware.
Organised and able to manage multiple customers.
Proactive, curious and keen to develop.
Automotive retail or digital/SaaS experience would be advantageous, but attitude and potential are just as important.What's on offer?
