Salary: £30,499 per annum, plus staff benefits
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
​The Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK in Salford, one of the world's most exciting culture and media destinations.
About the Role:
This role sits within the Audiences, Sales and Marketing department which brings together Ticketing, Communications, Marketing, CRM and Digital as a centralised team working across the whole organisation; united by a shared accountability and responsibility for audience and revenue targets.
The Digital Content Manager will play an integral part in the delivery of the Lowry's CRM and Digital strategies, ensuring that all digital touchpoints are optimised for audience engagement and revenue opportunities. The Digital Content Manager will be required to maintain our digital content across websites and apps, ensuring they are optimised and engaging for our customers and tie together overall customer journey.
About You:
The role requires a creative and editorial thinker, who is also able to deliver on pre-agreed audience and revenue targets. The Digital Content Manager will be highly organised, with the ability to communicate on all levels of the organisation. The role requires extensive experience in using website content management systems, along with the ability to interrogate Google Analytics data.
