Digital Content and PR Executive
We are working on an exciting opportunity to join a leading business as a Digital Marketing Executive based in the heart of Harrogate.
As Digital Content and PR Executive your primary responsibility will be to support the Marketing Manager, meanwhile you will have full responsibility for the delivery of the digital marketing, social media and PR functions.
This is a full time position normal working hours either 8.00am-5.00pm or 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Some flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the role and attend events including occasional evening and weekend working. Salary is £26,000 - £28,000 p/a based on experience plus excellent benefits including 20 days annual leave + stats increasing with level of service, complimentary meals and much more.
Digital Marketing Executive responsibilities include:
Day to day management of social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.
Create and post engaging content across all channels and social media platforms,
Work alongside an International social media agency, creating content for translation and posting on International social media channels.
Manage and implement the businesses’ content calendar ensuring that the messaging aligns with the businesses’ values and core messages.
Monitor, analyse and report of the businesses’ social media engagement.
Research, write and distribute press releases and pitch to relevant journalists.
Day to day management of the businesses’ website content, SEO, Paid Search and Paid Social advertising campaigns.
Research, write and publish content for the website using the CMS system.
Monitor, analyse and report on SEO positions and on-line advertising campaigns results.
Research, write and create e-newsletters targeted at prospects.
Research and write additional content aligned to the annual Marketing Plan
Candidate Requirements –
A degree level or equivalent qualification in either Marketing, Digital Marketing or PR
Significant experience of implementing Social Media and PR, campaigns
Extensive experience implementing digital marketing campaigns, writing, managing web content, SEO and Paid search.
Experience of producing content for a wide range of marketing related activities such as brochures, magazines and e-marketing.
Experience of creating video content for social media and managing video projects undertaken by third party videographers.
