Job Overview:

As a Digital Business Partner specializing in Office 365, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation within my clients organization by leveraging the full suite of Office 365 tools. Your role will involve training employees on the effective use of Office 365 applications and identifying opportunities to integrate these tools into various business processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

Develop and deliver training programs on Office 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) to employees at all levels of the organization.
Create educational materials, including user guides, tutorials, and multimedia presentations, to support training initiatives.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to ensure they are proficient in utilizing Office 365 tools to their full potential.

Business Process Optimization:

Collaborate with departmental heads and key stakeholders to identify areas within the organization where Office 365 can streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Conduct assessments and analyses to understand existing business processes and recommend Office 365 solutions to optimize these processes.
Work closely with IT teams to implement Office 365 solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

Change Management:

Champion a culture of digital adoption and change readiness within the organization by promoting the benefits of Office 365 and driving user engagement.
Develop communication strategies to effectively communicate changes related to Office 365 implementations and updates.
Address user concerns and resistance to change through proactive engagement and support initiatives.

Technical Expertise:

Stay abreast of the latest updates and features within the Office 365 ecosystem and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Office 365, providing guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders on technical matters related to implementation and usage.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on digital tools and platforms.
In-depth knowledge of Office 365 applications and their functionalities.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Experience in change management and driving user adoption of new technologies is preferred.
Relevant certifications in Office 365 or related areas would be advantageous
