Description:

A global travel organisation are looking for an enthusiastic Business Analyst with experience of customer journey mapping on digital projects, to join their growing technology function in London. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week in the office, which is a short walk from Victoria Train Station.

In this role, you'll be working on a brand-new programme of work, which will be focused on combining and streamlining their various global travel brands, ultimately providing customers with more choice, an enhanced customer experience / customer journey, and improving customer loyalty. This programme of work is being driven by their CEO and, as such, will be a huge focus for the business over the next few years, making it an incredibly exciting time to get involved.

The project is currently at its very beginning, and so we're looking for a BA who has prior experience working through the discovery phase of complex projects to figure out scope and next-steps. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced BA to join a truly collaborative, family-run organisation who are constantly looking to improve their service offering for their customers. Having been partnered with them for a few years, I can attest to the excellent development opportunities they offer their employees, both professional and personal, and believe this would be a brilliant next-step for an ambitious BA.

Requirements:

Experience working as a BA on technical / digital / marketing projects
Experience with customer journey mapping
Experience working on the discovery phase of projects
Knowledge of Agile methodology, including writing and managing user stories
Ability to take ownership and initiative to see problems through to resolution
Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills including Business, IT and 3rd Party VendorsBenefits:

Salary of up to £65,0000 depending on experience
25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
Excellent flexible working options
Access to private healthcare
Industry-related discounts
