Your New Role…

E-Commerce is part of the Tours & Retail division for Warner Bros. Studio Tours & Retail and acts as the digital arm within the team. The team manages two websites which serve and fulfil the world globally, providing an excellent, best-in-class product offering from the Harry Potter franchise.

As a Digital Artworker, you will support the E-commerce team in providing exceptional service to our customers by creating superb product and lifestyle assets, designing innovative newsletters and banners, and using creative to support marketing and social media campaigns.

Digital Artworker Accountabilities…

*

Regularly review and analyse the E-Commerce site, bringing innovating and creative ideas to update and refresh pages and assets.

*

Plan and implement creative lifestyle shoots in various locations for upcoming product ranges and global launches with focus on the overall production, asset management and retouching.

*

Create unique, high-quality photography for new and existing product ranges for the E-commerce website to be used within banners, product pages and various marketing channels.

*

Create innovative, visual assets and content that is on brand, accessible, useable and meets best practice standards to be used on social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram and Instagram Stories to support with marketing campaigns.

*

Maintain relevant photography style guides to ensure products are shot consistently across all platforms, suggesting improvements and advancements in line with the retail division and other areas of the Tours & Retail business.

*

Responsible for email design, creative templates and build with the ability to design brand relevant and retail focused newsletters within Figma and build them into Salesforce for mass distribution.

*

Web asset preparation management including cropping, formatting, uploading and page building across desktop and mobile in a Shopify environment.

Digital Artworker Qualifications & Experience…

*

A knowledge of required software with skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Shopify. Photoshop, Figma and Salesforce at an advanced level are a must-have.

*

Understanding of digital cameras, manual camera controls, creative photography techniques, and an understanding of camera maintenance.

*

Ability to retouch imagery, ensuring colour accuracy, resolution, and file formats for various platforms including E-Comm, CRM and social media.

*

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy while working quickly and efficiently within a fast-paced digital E-commerce team.

Working Pattern…

This is a full-time contract, working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday). The normal hours of work are between 8am to 5pm. Travel may be required to Warner Bros. Discovery locations with potential out of hours working.

Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD/ your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.

Business Overview…

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter (WBSTL) is the only place in the world to showcase the authentic sets, props and behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter films at the location where they were made. It has attracted over 14 million visitors since opening in 2012 and has received over 40,000 reviews on TripAdvisor with 96% rating the experience as ‘excellent’ or ‘very good’

The Tours & Retail group has continued to expand over the last couple of years launching our first flagship store in New York over the Summer of 2021, alongside expanding our ecommerce operations in the UK and US. The summer of 2023 saw us open a replication of our world-famous Tour in Japan, which, has been a phenomenal success. Our e-commerce website has operations in the US and UK (servicing international visitors) and will be launching in Japan in the Summer 2024.

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
