As a Diary Manager to Chiefs in the not-for-profit sector, you'll play a key role in keeping the leadership team organised and on track. Based in London, your main focus will be managing diaries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Description

Manage and coordinate diaries for senior leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
Organise and prioritise tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and schedules run smoothly.
Act as the main point of contact for diary-related queries and communications.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings and events.
Prepare and distribute relevant materials ahead of meetings.
Ensure all diary changes are communicated promptly and effectively.
Handle last-minute schedule adjustments with a calm and proactive approach.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Profile

A successful Diary Manager to Chiefs should have:

Proven experience in diary management and EA support
Experience raising PO's and processing invoices
Proficiency in SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite software
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team based environment alongside other EAs
A professional and discreet attitude when handling sensitive information.Job Offer

Hourly rate of £18.00 to £23.00, dependent on the level of experience.
