Opportunity to work within a 16-ramp workshop alongside 11 experienced TechniciansDuties of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
Conduct complex diagnostics, warranty, and repair tasks across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Use the latest diagnostic equipment to identify faults accurately and efficiently
Perform repairs and maintenance work to manufacturer standards, including EV and hybrid vehicle servicing where qualified
Assist in training and mentoring Apprentice Technicians, supporting their professional development
Ensure all work adheres to safety and quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Contribute to achieving high customer satisfaction and operational efficiencyRequirements of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
Full UK driving licence
Level 3 qualification or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Recognised Diagnostic qualification
Proven experience as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Mechanic is preferred
Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic expertise with excellent fault-finding skills
Effective communicator with a team-oriented approach
High standards of safety, workmanship, and problem-solving abilities
Enthusiasm for ongoing technical training and development
