Conduct standard vehicle services and carry out complex repairs in accordance with manufacturer technical specifications
Diagnose faults accurately using advanced diagnostic equipment
Communicate effectively with customers, explaining work required and ensuring satisfaction
Support and mentor less experienced colleagues as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
Attend technical training sessions to stay current with industry developmentsRequirements of a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:

Accreditation with City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ in automotive repair or diagnostic technology
Proven experience working within a franchise dealership or authorised workshop
Strong fault diagnosis skills with relevant MOT Tester qualification
Ability to work efficiently within a team and meet deadlines
A committed approach to delivering high-quality customer service
