This is a new permanent opportunity to lead a small team within a successful SaaS employer
To be a success, you will need:
* A good understanding of the C#.NET software development life cycle
* Understand software architecture, design patterns etc.
* Have team leadership experience
* Be comfortable working with development, product and support teams
* Experienced in successfully delivering projects
* Work to best practice standards
* Collaborate, lead and mentor your team
A degree-level education would be ideal.
The role will be home-based with visits to a Bournemouth office for meetings, so ideally you will be withing a realistic commuting distance.
