High Wycombe / hybrid working (2 days in the office & 3 working from home)
£70,839 + Excellent Benefits
At Paradigm, a key part of our Vision is building new affordable homes to help more people who cannot otherwise buy or rent on the open market. The Development Directorate has a programme of between 400 and 500 homes a year with S106, land-led, package deals and joint venture projects. We are looking for a Development Manager to join our Delivery Team and help us achieve this.
It’s a great time to become part of this team. We have had a busy 2023/2024 where we completed over 520 homes. In 2024/25, we will be continuing this work ensuring completed homes meet our quality expectations and are handed over to the customer teams on time and within budget. We need a new Development Manager to play a part in the programme going forward being responsible for successfully managing current and future projects.
Reporting into the Head of Project Delivery, the Development Managers bring together project teams of external consultants, contractors and housebuilders whilst working closely alongside colleagues throughout the Development Directorate and the wider Paradigm business.
About you
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate an understanding of and experience in property development and planning. With a commercial approach to contracts and the ability to forge strong relationships, you will have the drive and determination to deliver homes on time, to budget and to quality standards.
Working via a mixture of office, remote and homeworking (, you will have excellent and effective communication skills, being able to positively influence all levels of the business and a diverse range of external contacts.
