Location: UK — London and South East focus
Indicative base salary: £90,000–£120,000

Viridis Talent is inviting confidential conversations with Development Managers interested in the UK data centre sector.
We’re keen to hear from professionals who can bring together land, planning, power and infrastructure requirements to progress complex developments towards construction.
Your experience could include:

Managing development programmes from feasibility through to preconstruction.
*
Coordinating planning applications, permitting and technical due diligence.
*
Working with landowners, local authorities, utilities and external advisers.
*
Managing development budgets, risks and programme milestones.
*
Aligning power availability and infrastructure delivery with project requirements.
You may already work in data centres or bring relevant experience from renewable energy, major infrastructure, industrial development or commercial real estate. The suitability of transferable experience will depend on the position.
