Development Lead Decarbonisation

Details:
Description:

Berkshire Talent Partnership is delighted to be supporting a renewable energy IPP in their search for a Development Lead Decarbonisation

Our client's business is well-established with an opearting portfolio of Biomass and Energy from Waste assets across the UK. With the growth of the project portfolio, a decision has been made to appoint a Project Lead Decarbonisation.

The role is varied and will be responsible for leading the expansion of my clients decarbonisation plans through carbon capture taking development projects through to the final investment decision and handover to construction delivery team. Long term this will result in the build of an enduring decarbonisation business line, including services to third party owned assets. The key deliverable of this role is the production of the commercial and contractual framework for the deployment of the carbon capture plants. Therefore this role would suit an individual with experience of negotiating and building complex financial models.

This is an exciting role within a profitable business on projects of national significance. The role is hybrid although the first assets to be decarbonised are based in the NW of the UK so there will need to be time spent in this region. Full travel and accommodation allowance can be provided if required
