Stride Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Development Finance professional to join a growing specialist lending environment.
We’re looking for someone with a strong track record in originating and structuring development finance, building relationships with developers and intermediaries, and managing a lending portfolio from initial opportunity through to completion and redemption.
This is a senior, commercially focused position offering the opportunity to take ownership of new business generation, credit underwriting and portfolio management, while playing a key role in the continued growth of the lending function.

What We're Looking For
* A proven track record in development finance business development
* Strong experience in structuring development finance facilities
* Good understanding of development appraisals, valuations and property-related risk
* Experience of credit underwriting and presenting lending proposals to senior decision-makers
* Strong knowledge of the legal and professional processes involved in development finance
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with developers, brokers and intermediaries
