Escape Recruitment are working with an exciting, world-class manufacturing company based in North Ayrshire, who are looking to recruit an experienced Development Engineer to join their team! You would be part of a diverse team of Engineers and Scientists collaborating to maintain and develop market leading products.
The Role:
Design, develop and support products to meet customer expectations and standards
Deliver assigned work packages, manage the design lifecycle considering risk factors such as safety, cost, ease of manufacture etc.
Create all design documentation including specifications, drawings, design calculations, technical reports, test and trials procedures.
Analysis of technical data formulating conclusions and recommendations.
Communicating effectively with key internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline or relevant experience.
Thorough understanding of engineering processes - systems engineering, validation & verification, product certification etc.
Product development, engineering design and analysis
Excellent communication skills
Methodical approach to the development process/lifecycle process.
