Specialist Travel Sales Representative

A you a passionate Travel Representative with extensive experience of selling tailor made holidays to either India or Canada? Do you love talking about travel and do you delight in going above and beyond for your clients?
Would you like to work in a totally flexible and adult environment whilst earning yourself £50k?

Our client, a boutique, multi award-winning travel specialist, is looking for two knowledgeable, committed and self-motivated Destination Specialists or Travel Sales Professionals. One with firsthand knowledge of visiting India, and another with specialist experience with Canada. Both must be able to demonstrate wide and varied knowledge of either destination.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:

Designing holidays from initial lead right through to post holiday
Researching options, booking journeys, communicating with third parties and presenting options.
Working closely with marketing team to attract clients to your destination.
Working remotely or in the office with your wider team in order to collaborate.
Updating and managing in house database.
Recording of al documentation and ensuring holiday projects are managing with high attention to detail.
Exceeding and delighting customers on an ongoing basis,
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive experience of visiting and selling holidays in either India or Canada is essential.
Motivated by exceeding client expectations and going above and beyond.
You must live in the UK currently and have a full right to work on a permanent basis.
It is preferred are situated within a 30 mile radius of Cheltenham for training purposes.
Commercially aware and business minded with a high sales focus.
A self-motivated, and proactive nature is essential.
Well organised and tenacious with ability to manage own workload.
A confident communicator and presenter with excellent negotiating and influencing skills.
Competency on Word, Excel and travel CRM's.
