Norwich

9am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Supervisor at our manufacturing clients site in Norwich. The Dispatch Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to dispatching and ensuring efficient delivery of printed materials. The role requires strong supervisory skills, effective communication, and knowledge of DOT regulations. The Dispatch Supervisor will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Supervisory Skills and Communication
Experience in Dispatching and Knowledge of DOT Regulations
Customer Service Skills
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience in the printing industry is a plus
The role will require good computer literacy & the candidate will need to be comfortable discussing scheduled deliveries & the requirement around the delivery by phone & email.
They will need to be organised in their timings & work area & be able to communicate internally around schedules.
The role will have some physical elements to it (wrapping & moving pallets) & a forklift licence would be ideal for this role, along with the capability to drive a van (3.5 tonne)
The role will be 9.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday
