Description:
KFM are recruiting for a Despatch Operative based a short walk from the centre of Hull. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a role with a well-established company, offering stability and the chance to go permanent.
Benefits:
⦁ Monday to Friday
⦁ Day shifts on weekly rotation (8:30–16:30 / 9:30–17:30 / 10:00–18:00)
⦁ Overtime available at 1.5x pay
⦁ Weekly pay
⦁ On-site parking
⦁ Temporary to permanent
The Role:
⦁ Picking orders from floor-level pick points only
⦁ Operating lifting and handling equipment (Power Pallet Trucks and Hand Pallet Trucks)
⦁ Maintaining inventory accuracy using warehouse systems
⦁ Ensuring the workplace is kept safe, clean, and organised
⦁ Supporting team staffing levels by working required shifts
⦁ Following all Health & Safety requirements
The Person:
⦁ Previous experience in a warehouse or despatch role
⦁ Ability to work well under pressure
⦁ Strong communication skills
⦁ Basic IT knowledge
⦁ Flexible and reliable with shift work
⦁ UK Driving Licence beneficial (not essential)
