Pybus Recruitment is currently recruiting for multiple Desktop Vehicle Damage Assessors / Estimators (VDAs) on behalf of one of the UK’s leading organisations in vehicle testing, inspection, and certification. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team following a major new contract win, with roles offered initially on a self-employed or temporary contract basis, and a strong likelihood of becoming permanent upon successful completion of the trial period.

Key Responsibilities

Assess vehicle damage remotely using images and supporting information

*

Produce accurate and cost-effective repair estimates

*

Liaise with relevant stakeholders to manage claims efficiently

*

Ensure all work complies with industry standards and company procedures

*

Deliver high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

*

Previous experience as a Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator

*

Familiar using Audatex or GT Motive

*

Background in a bodyshop or accident repair environment

*

Strong understanding of repair methods and estimating systems

*

Ability to work independently in a home-based setting

*

Strong communication and organisational skills

*

Available for an immediate or short notice start
