Deskside Support Engineer
This is an exceptional opportunity to work for one of the largest and most well-known IT brands in the world, you will work fully on site in Ipswich.

Job Summary:
As the Deskside Support Engineer you will provide on site hardware and software VIP support, this will include laptops, desktops and printers.
Other responsibilities include patching, manual handling, building and deploying PCs.

Essential Skills

Microsoft Active Directory experience
Experience with Microsoft 365 including Intune
IT breakfix experience
VIP Support experienceDesirable

Windows certificationHours
37.5-hours per week, Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:15
