Responsibilities
* Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to generate new business.
* Research target companies and engage business owners, directors and hiring decision-makers.
* Identify recruitment needs, pitch our services and convert conversations into new opportunities.
* Secure a minimum of two new vacancies per day through proactive sales activity.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, follow up leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Consistently achieve sales targets and work closely with recruiters to convert vacancies into placements.
Requirements
* Experience in B2B sales, business development, telesales, recruitment, advertising, telecoms or a similar target-driven environment.
* Confident cold calling and engaging senior decision-makers.
* Strong communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
* Proven ability to generate opportunities and achieve sales targets.
* Organised, resilient and proactive, with experience managing a pipeline and CRM.
* Commercially minded, ambitious and motivated by earning uncapped commission
