Showroom based: Cheshire (Covering surrounding areas typically 1-2 times per week)
Remuneration: £30,000neg + Commission Scheme

The role of the Designer – Kitchens & Bathrooms will involve but not limited to:
* Kitchen Designer position, responsible for the design of a high end-range of kitchens & bathrooms for the residential sectors
* Saturday working is required as part of a 5-day working week.
* Be the face of the showroom, advising customers on product ranges, materials and packages
* Liaising with the customers to gain a full understanding of their needs and requirements, using Winner Flex design initial concepts
* Dealing with inbound enquiries via telephone and showroom visits, supporting and guiding the customer through the design and sales process
* Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times
* Chasing and following up on designs to convert the sale
* Responding to customer queries efficiently and in a professional manner
The ideal applicant will be a Designer – Kitchens & Bathrooms with:
* Must have experience with Winner Design / Winner Flex (Compusoft software)
* Highly advantageous to have sales / procurement experience alongside Design experience
* Strong interpersonal and relationship building qualities
* Excellent communication, customer service and presentation skills
* Wants to grow and progress within the business
* Sales driven and target orientated
* Self-motivated, flexible, ambitious, proactive and positive
